It will often be done over a series of sessions, where the therapist is constantly assessing the state of the patient and noting any improvements or deterioration. This allows the treatment to be adjusted for the best possible chance of recovery.

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

 Cupping therapy is an alternative healing practice that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. 

During a cupping session, the cups are pumped with air to create a vacuum effect when placed on the skin. This suction causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be drawn up into the cup, resulting in a localized area of raised skin. The cups are typically left in place for a few minutes or moved around the body to achieve different therapeutic effects.

Manual Dry Needling  (MDN) is an invasive procedure where a fine needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points  which are hyperirritable spots located in the taut band of the skeletal muscle and can be palpable as a nodule. Trigger point dry needling can be carried out at the superficial or deep tissue level.
